Quality Management System
ARK Construction Group utilises a computer based Quality Management System that allows for the delivery of a high quality product to our Clients. A Project Management Plan incorporating relevant ITP’s is produced and submitted for approval prior to commencing works. We aim to continually improve the quality of our product and systems to ensure client satisfaction upon completion of all projects.
ARK is a quality assured supplier for the Queensland Government, current pre-qual status R2 B3 F10.
Our Quality Management System is third party certified to ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Safety Management System
ARK Construction Group are committed to providing a safe work place for everyone and strive relentlessly to ensure all employees and subcontractors understand their role in maintaining high safety standards, safety is paramount on all projects.
For each project a project safety plan is produced and submitted for review and approval prior to commencing. Audits are then conducted on all sites to monitor health and safety procedures and practices.
Our Safety Management System has been third party certified to ISO 45001:2018 standard.
Environmental Management System
ARK aim to continuously improve our environmental performance to work towards better environmental outcomes across all projects.
A project specific environmental management plan is produced for each project prior to commencing works. ARK has completed many projects in very environmentally sensitive locations such as Wilson’s Creek in Byron Bay Shire and also adjacent the Noosa National Park and Noosa main beach for Sunshine Coast Council.
Our Environmental Management System is third party certified to ISO 14001:2015 standard.
Traffic Management System
Many of our projects are constructed in and around heavy vehicular, pedestrian and cycle traffic. Traffic Management is therefore one of the key elements in the Company’s Integrated Management System.
ARK employs specialist traffic control companies, who are trained under the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), to produce our Traffic Control Plans. Project specific traffic management plans and traffic control plans are produced as required for projects under traffic.
